复杂铜原料生产高品质光亮铜杆的关键技术与应用

         

摘要

The advantages and disadvantages of the elements are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by study the influence of superscalar elements on copper process performance. In the proportion of raw materials supply,it's necessary to dilute the material of individual manufacturers with excess material to ensure the performance of products. According to different raw materials to adjust the casting process,and obtain the ideal casting organization of different raw materials. Meanwhile,the high quality copper rod is produced higher than the national standard through the precise control of continuous rolling,cleaning process and cooling temperature gradient.%通过分析超标元素对铜工艺性能的影响程度,定性、定量划分优势、劣势元素,在原料供应比例允许下,按配比稀释个别厂家原料超标杂质元素来保证产品的各项性能.根据不同原料有针对性的调整铸造工艺,获得不同原料较为理想的铸造组织,通过后续的连续轧制、清洗工艺、冷却温度梯度的精确控制,生产出高于国家标准的优质铜杆.
