PKS双真空盘式过滤机在南芬选矿厂的工业试验研究

摘要

南芬选矿厂三段磨选工艺自2015年4月份正式投产运行后,铁精矿-74 μm含量由84％提高到90％,导致精矿过滤水份偏大.PKS双真空盘式过滤机具有过滤效率、真空度较高,过滤水分低等优点.通过工业试验结果表明,PKS双真空盘式过滤机的平均水份9.15％,利用系数1.28 t/m2.h,生产指标明显好于现有老式过滤机,铁精矿水分波动小,更有利于稳定生产.%After the operation of sansection grinding process of nanfen concentrator was put into operation in April 2015,the content of iron concentrate-74 μm increased from 84％ to 90％,which resulted in the filtration of the concentrates.PKS double vacuum disc filter has the advantages of filtration efficiency,high vacuum degree and low water filtration.Through industrial test results show that the average PKS double vacuum disc filter water 9.15％,utilization coefficient of 1.28 t/m2.H,production index significantly better than the old filter,existing iron ore concentrate moisture fluctuation is small,more conducive to stable production.
