硅藻土物理提纯工艺及擦洗设备应用进展

摘要

在介绍硅藻土理化性质和主要特征的基础上,着重分析了擦洗法、干法重力层析分离法、热浮选法、综合提纯法等多种硅藻土物理提纯工艺,明确了擦洗对于硅藻土物理提纯的重要作用.在此基础上,介绍了GJM双叶轮式搅拌磨机、棒式搅拌磨机和多叶轮擦洗机作为擦洗设备在硅藻土物理提纯中的作用,并对其应用进展做了介绍.%On the basis of introducing physicochemical properties and main characteristics of diatomite,physical purification process is analyzed emphatically such as scrubbing,dry gravity chromatography separation,thermal flotation,and comprehensive purification and so on.Then the important effect of scrubbing on the physical purification of diatomite is clarified.On this basis,the function of the scrubbing equipments are introduced such as GJM double impellers stirred mill,bar stirred mill and multi-impellers scrubbing machine.Then the application progress of them is introduced.
