According to the requirement of magnetic blocks after magnetizing bonding process of high intensity magnetic separation equipment,the production plan of adhesive bonding magnetization was put forward.High field magnetic sector block bonding mechanism was designed.Structure characteristics and working principle are introduced.The application practice shows that the magnetic block adhesive is safe,quick and labor-saving.%针对高场强磁选设备中磁块先充磁后粘接的工艺要求,提出了粘接→充磁→粘接的制作方案,设计了高场强扇形磁块粘接机构装置,介绍了其结构特点和使用原理.实际使用表明,磁块粘接过程安全、快捷、省力.
