某新型高效精选磁选机在密地选矿厂的工业试验研究

摘要

JCTN型提精降渣磁选机是为磁性矿物的漂洗和选别提纯而设计的一种新型的湿式磁选设备,根据工艺要求对磁性矿物进行淘洗、精选提纯、浓缩等作业.以JCTN 1230在攀钢密地选厂的成功应用为例,简述了设备自身的分选原理及结构特点,通过进行的实验室试验和现场工业试验,一台JCTN磁选机分选可达到原有三段磁选的指标,提质降杂效果明显.%JCTN series concentrate increase and slag reduction magnetic separator is a new type of wet magnetic separation equipment which is designed for rinsing and purification of magnetic minerals,it is applied for rinsing,cleaning and purification,concentration based on the process requirement.Take the successful application of the JCTN1230 in the Panzhihua Midi concentrator as an example,the sorting principle and the structural features of the equipment is introduced,through the laboratory test and industrial test,the concentration effect is obvious which of one JCTN separator can reach original three stage separation.
