电磁波预处理技术影响黄铁矿物可碎性能的试验研究

     

摘要

The research aimed at solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of crushing plant in nonferrous metal mines.The purpose of the research is intended to solve the problem that the crushers work with low efficiency.The crushing experiment research of pyrite ores finished by using the Inertia Cone Crusher's experiment platform and the results can prove that electromagnetic wave pretreatment technology would improve some ores' crushing performance by using of thermodynamic coupling effect caused by electromagnetic field and crusher's crushing force field.Change of the crushability of pyrite ores were studied compared with different pretreatment methods.Laboratory tests were carried out and proved that new method can improve the crushers' quality and efficiency.For example,the same inertia cone crusher crush the pyrite ores pretreated 100 seconds by electromagnetic wave,can get more 39.63% capacity compared with untreated ores.The economic analysis showed that electromagnetic wave pretreatment technology can improve crushing performance of some minerals and the technology has a better application prospect in nonferrous metal mines.%为了解决目前金属矿山破碎流程效率低下的问题,对惯性圆锥破碎机(Inertia Cone Crusher)破碎研究平台的实验表明,利用黄铁矿在电磁场内产生的热力效应,有利于提高后续破碎设备的工作效率.对比研究了黄铁矿在不同电磁波场工作参数下黄铁矿物可碎性能的变化.实验结果表明,电磁波预处理技术可以有效提高破碎流程的能力和效率,比如经电磁波场处理100 s的黄铁矿,破碎设备可提高破碎能力39.63%.电磁波辅助破碎技术的经济性分析表明,电磁波辅助破碎技术在有色矿山具有较好的应用前景.
