载流X荧光品位分析仪在西藏玉龙铜矿的应用

摘要

西藏玉龙铜业股份有限公司二选厂最初对工艺流程的判断主要通过人工目测和每班取临时样方式,具有很大的局限性、盲目性.为了实时的监测生产过程中的各工艺点的品位,及时给现场工人提供准确的工艺参数,玉龙铜业公司引进了北京矿冶研究总院研制的BOXA-Ⅲ型载流X荧光品位分析仪.本文介绍了BOXA-Ⅲ型载流X荧光品位分析仪及其在现场的实际应用.通过分析系统投用后的工艺数据,表明该品位分析仪能够指导现场工人进行实时操作,可以为选厂带来比较明显的经济效益.%The Judgment of the original process in the second plant of Tibet Yulong copper Co.,Ltd.,mainly through artificial visual and take temporary every class,which has limitations and blindness.In order to monitor the real-time grade of each process point in the production process,and provide real-time and accurate Process parameters for workers on-site.Tibet Yulong copper Co.,Ltd.,introduced BOXA-Ⅲ on-stream X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer developed by Beijing General Research Institute of mining & metallurgy.This paper introduce BOXA-Ⅲ on-stream X-ray fluorescence grade analyzer,and its practical application on site.By analyzing the process data after the system is put into use,it shows that the equipment can guide the real time operation of the workers and bring more obvious economic benefits to the plant.
