介绍了湿法炼锌新型除钴剂净化除钻工业试生产情况.试生产表明,新型除钴剂除钴在技术上可行,通过四段净化后产出的溶液达到电解新液的质量要求,进一步电解生产试验表明,在采取相应措施消除残留有机物后未发现有机物对电解产生影响.%Industrial pilot production of cobalt removal from zinc hydrometallurgy with new cobalt removal regent was introduced.The results show that it is technologically feasible to remove cobalt from zinc hydrometallurgy with new cobalt removal regent.Solution after four-stage purification can meet the requirement of normal electrowinning production.Electrolysis results show that no negative impact is found on electrowinning production by organic after appropriate measurement is taken to remove residual organic.
