400 kA铝电解槽提高电流效率的关键技术研究

     

摘要

A series of key technologies to improve current efficiency of aluminum electrolytic cell were put forward and applied in 400 kA test electrolysis cell.The results show that cell voltage of experimental tank drops from 3.990 V to 3.702 V,current efficiency rises from 91.09% to 93.01%,average DC power consumption of ton aluminum drops from 13 135 kWh to 12 440 kWh after combination application of technologies of special-shaped cathode with bump structure,new anode with exhaust channel,widening steel bars and narrow gap welding,high conductive aluminum core composite anode steel claw and steel claw protecting ring,improving height of insulation material layer,and heat insulation groove cover.%提出了提高铝电解槽电流效率的一系列关键技术,并在400 kA电解试验槽上运用.结果表明,联合运用具有凸起结构的异形阴极技术、具有排气通道的新型阳极、加宽钢棒及窄缝焊接技术、高导电铝芯复合阳极钢爪技术及钢爪保护环技术、增加保温料覆盖层高度及使用保温型槽盖板技术,试验槽的槽电压由3.990 V降低到3.702 V,电流效率由原来的91.09%提高到93.01%,平均吨铝直流电耗由原来的13 135 kWh降到12 440 kWh.
