The article put forward Na2 S-NaOH combined method of one step leaching for the enrichment in hard processing copper anode mud.The method leaching the most Sb.Under these conditions:the concentration of Na2S 165 g/L,the concentration of NaOH 30 g/L,the ratio of liquid to solid 5 ∶ 1,leaching temperature of 85 ℃,the reaction time of 1.5 h,the leaching rate of antimony reached 96.13%,slag rate of 30.75%.The activation energy (E) is 47.86 kJ/mol,and the reaction process is controlled by the chemical reaction.%针对铜阳极泥中难处理的分锑富集物,提出了Na2S-NaOH联合法一步浸出,使Sb大部分被浸出.在Na2S浓度为165 g/L、NaOH浓度为30 g/L、液固比为5∶1、温度为85 ℃、反应时间1.5h的条件下,锑的浸出率达到96.13%、渣率为30.75%.其活化能(E)为47.86 kJ/mol,反应过程为化学反应控制.
