γ射线检测技术在分馏塔故障诊断中的应用

摘要

The principle and main application in distillation column of y-ray testing technology was briefly introduced. The experiments showed that y-ray testing technology could not only diagnose the structure failure in distillation column fast and accurately, but also be used in running state evaluation, operation optimization and predictive maintenance and so on.%对γ射线检测技术原理及其在分馏塔装置中的主要应用进行了简要介绍.实践表明,利用γ射线检测技术不仅可以快速、准确地诊断分馏塔的结构故障,还可用于分馏塔的运行状况评价、操作优化、检修以及实现预测维修等多个方面.
