感应淬火硬化层厚度的荧光磁粉检测方法

摘要

文章介绍了一种利用材质的淬硬层与基层材料在磁性能上的差异,在测量精度不是很高的情况下测量淬硬层的厚度的方法。详述了荧光磁粉检测淬火硬化层的磁痕特点,并结合笔者经验,总结了检测方法所适用的对象与情况。%This paper introduced a method to measure the hardened layer thickness while the high measurement accuracy wasn＇t necessary,the method was based on the magnetic ability difference between hardened layer of material and substrate material.The magnetic marks characteristics in hardened layer fluorescent magnetic testing were introduced in detail,and combining with author＇s experiment,the objects and situations appropriated to the method were summarized.
