基于有限元分析的磁记忆关联模型试验

     

摘要

Stress and stress concentration of tensile specimens was detected by strain detector and magnetic memory testing under load that was got from universal testing presses based on the results of ANSYS finite element analysis.The characteristics of magnetic memory signal based on zero-crossing point of Hp and the gradient of MMM signal were analyzed for the evaluation of the extent of stress concentration.The warning value of the stress concentration decided by the gradient for six types of materials of Q245R was determined.The magnetic memory association models of six kinds of material that can determine the stress concentration state of the component and suit for magnetic memory testing on site were found based on the integration of strain detection,simulation results and the warning value of MMM gradient.%利用万能试验压力机进行拉伸试验,使用应变检测仪与磁记忆检测仪检测拉伸试件应力及磁记忆信号;基于拉伸试件的ANSYS有限元分析结果,分析了磁场强度H p 信号过零点与磁场梯度特征值,判断应力集中情况,确定了 Q245R钢等六种材料拉伸试件应力集中磁场梯度预警值;综合应变检测、仿真模拟结果与磁场梯度预警值,建立了六种材料磁记忆检测的应力磁场梯度关联模型。
