荧光渗透检测出钛合金零件表面黄色锈斑的控制方法

摘要

In this article,we conducted experimental analysis on existing inspected cases and found out the causes that led to yellow rusty spots appearance of the titanium alloy parts surface;meanwhile some actions were taken immediately so that the phenomenon no more occured while doing fluorescent penetrant inspection.%通过对实际检测案例的分析，找出某钛合金零件荧光渗透检测时零件表面发生黄色锈斑的原因，并采取了相关处理措施，及时避免了该类问题的再次发生。
