不锈钢管等离子弧焊接焊缝射线检测中伪缺陷的评判与分析

摘要

液化气船舶的管系系统的焊接质量至关重要,在对其不锈钢管射线检测的评片过程中,发现等离子焊接焊缝的射线底片上存在一类疑似缺陷的显示.对显示的成因进行分析,证实该显示为伪缺陷显示,并且针对性地对切割工艺和焊接工艺提出了改进措施,以为同行提供参考.%The quality of welds is very important on the pipes system of VLGC ship. Suspected indications on the RT films of the welds were found in the process of radiographic evaluation of stainless steel pipes. Research work was done on the basic root cause of suspected indications and it was concluded that the suspected indications were not due to serious defects. Hereafter, some improvement measures for the cutting and welding procedure of stainless steel pipes were put forward.
