两种漆层下金属腐蚀的无损检测方法

摘要

The early detection of metal corrosion under coatings can avoid damage and loss of metal structure.In this paper,the metal corrosion essence is introduced firstly.Then two kinds of metal corrosion nondestructive testing methods are provided,which are the corrosion display method and microwave detection method based on multi-function coating.These two methods can detect the corrosion degree of the metal matrix before the surface lacquer layer of the metal equipment is damaged and the metal surface is corroded.This will help to take anti-corrosion measures to the metal parts where slight corrosion has already occurred,which is important for reducing the maintenance cost of the metal equipment and improving the safety and reliability of the equipment.%对早期漆层下金属的腐蚀检测可以避免腐蚀对金属结构的破坏.介绍了金属腐蚀本质,提供了两种金属腐蚀的无损检测方法:基于多功能涂层的腐蚀显示法和微波检测法.这两种方法可以在金属设备表面漆层破裂、金属表面发生明显腐蚀之前检测到金属基体的腐蚀程度,有助于及时对已发生轻微腐蚀的金属件采取防腐补救措施,对降低金属设备的维护成本和提高设备的安全可靠性有重要指导意义.
