氧化铝土矿制备聚合氯化铝铁和动力学机理的研究

     

摘要

采用氧化铝土矿和盐酸为原料制备聚合氯化铝铁.考察了盐酸用量、反应时间、酸溶温度、盐酸浓度和pH值等因素对絮凝剂性能的影响.并对酸溶溶出规律的动力学进行探讨.结果表明:当盐酸用量为45 mL、反应时间为120 min、酸溶温度为373K、盐酸浓度为5.4 mol/L、聚合pH值为3时,产品的盐基度达46.26%,有效成分达9.94%.当反应温度为373K时,酸溶反应符合动力学四级反应方程:c=(3×10-8t+5.8×10-8)-1/3,其中k=10-8(g/L)-3·h-1.%The polymeric aluminum ferric chloride was prepared using oxidative bauxite and hydrochloric acid, and then the factors of the HC1 dosage, the reaction time, the reaction temperature, the HC1 concentration and pH value were discussed. In addition, the dissolving dynamics was investigated. The results showed that the basicity and efficiency content of product could be up to 46.26% and 9.94% respectively based on the optimum condition, which was the HC1 dosage of 45 mL, the reaction time of 120 min, the reaction temperature of 373 K, the HC1 concentration of 5.4 mol/L and pH value of 3. Then the acid-soluble was a fourth order reaction: c=(3×l0-8t+5.8×10-8)-1/3 at 373 K, and the constant was k= 10-8(g/L)-3 ·h-1.
