超细轻质碳酸钙的制备及其测试表征

     

摘要

通过间歇鼓泡碳化法控制碳化时的波美度、通入CO2的量和浓度,并以六偏磷酸钠、草酸和硫酸锌作为添加剂,制备了一种超细轻质碳酸钙材料.将所得产品通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、白度测定仪和激光粒度分析仪进行测试分析.实验结果表明,当波美度为10~12、二氧化碳的体积分数为30%~40%,在反应进行到50%~70%时分别加入1.5%~3%的六偏磷酸钠、草酸和硫酸锌,能够得到粒度为130~200 nm、白度达到90%且分布均匀的片状超细轻质碳酸钙.%Getting a kind of superfine light calcium carbonate material by controlling of Baume degrees and the amount and concentration of CO2, and adding sodium hexametaphasphate.oxalic acid dihydrate and zinc sulfate as additive. The product is tested by scanning electron microscopy, whiteness meter and laser particle size analyzer. The experimental results show thacmaking the Baume degrees 10-12, the concentrations of CO2 30%~40%, and adding 1.5%~3% of six partial sodium phosphate, oxalate and zinc sulfate when the reaction is 50%~70%. We can get the homogeneously distributed ultrafine flake precipitated calcium carbonate which size is 130-200 ran and whiteness reaches 90%.
