超声波改性有机膨润土的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

The commercially available low-grade calcium bentonite was used as raw material and after wet purification, ultrasonic method was adopted in sodium modification and organic modification of bentonite. Through orthogonal experiment, we studied how the performance of the modiifed bentonite was affected by different variables, e.g. the reaction temperature, ultrasonic oscillation reaction time, concentration of slurry, natrium agent type, concentration of sodium, agents on the properties of sodium base bentonite. This study further investigated the inlfuence of the performance of organic modiifed bentonite with the different pH value, reaction temperature, ultrasonic oscillation reaction time and organic agent, and the performance was also evaluated by SY/ZQ 003-89 standards. The results showed that through wet puriifcation, with sodium carbonate as sodium modiifer, and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide as the organic modiifer, the organic bentonite prepared by ultrasonic oscillation not only met the standard requirements, but showed high thermal stability and satisifed the one-dimensional nanometer scale in the structure, which has good application potentials.%选用市售低品级钙基膨润土,在湿法提纯后,采用超声波法进行钠化处理和有机改性。通过正交试验,考察反应温度、超声波振荡反应时间、料浆质量分数、钠化剂种类、钠化剂质量分数对钠基膨润土性能的影响;进一步考察pH值、反应温度、超声波振荡反应时间及有机化剂用量对有机改性膨润土性能的影响,并以SY/ZQ 003-89标准评价其性能。结果表明,通过湿法提纯,以碳酸钠为钠化剂,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为有机化剂,采用超声波振荡反应所制得的有机膨润土满足标准要求,热稳定性高,在结构上满足一维纳米尺度,具有较好的应用性能。
