膨润土球团黏结剂中有机物的选择试验研究

             

摘要

The quality of bentonite pellet binder which is a key accessory to production decides the performance of the pellets. At present, the frequently used bentonite pellet binders are compound binders which were added organic reagents generally. In order to reduce the amount of bentonite pellet binder, the compound bentonite pellet binder was prepared by selecting suitable organic reagents.The properties of Jianping bentonite were studied by XRD and it was used as raw material which was sodium-modified by semi-dry method. The optimum technological conditions were determined through the types and dosage of organic reagents. The results show that the amount of bentonite pellet binder is reduced to 0.8% when using 0.02% sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.%膨润土球团黏结剂是球团生产中一种重要的辅助原料.目前常用的膨润土球团黏结剂是膨润土经处理后添加有机物制成的复合球团黏结剂,通过选择合适的有机物制备有机膨润土球团黏结剂,以达到降低用量的目的.采用XRD衍射,对建平膨润土性质进行分析研究,通过对膨润土进行半干法钠化,添加有机药剂,并对添加有机药剂的种类及用量进行试验;确定了有机物选用羧甲基纤维素钠,用量为0.02%,此时制备的膨润土球团黏结剂的用量降低到0.8%.
