六自由度耦合隔振系统建模及工程应用

         

摘要

In vibration isolation system, a single isolated object has six mutually-coupled DOFs, and the arrangement of dampers can be changed arbitrarily. Under the condition of small amplitude vibration, the physical model of coupled vibration isolation system with six DOFs was established, and its global stiffness matrix and damping matrix, in which both geometrical parameters and physical parameters were taken into account, were deduced in this paper. In addition, state space method was employed and a corresponding numerical algorithm code was programmed for this model, and a practical engineering case was analyzed.%  在隔振系统中,单个隔振对象具有相互耦合的六个自由度,隔振材料的布置位置可任意更改。为此,在小幅振动的条件下,根据六自由度耦合隔振物理模型,推导出隔振系统刚度矩阵、阻尼矩阵与隔振材料几何参数矩阵与物理参数矩阵之间的关系。并通过状态空间分析方法编写了相应的数值算法程序,能够应用到具体实例中,具有一定的工程意义。
