高速列车横向减振器性能退化的特征提取

     

摘要

横向减振器是转向架中的重要部件,对其性能退化评估可以更为有效地服务于设备主动维护。为此提出了基于聚合经验模态分解的经验模态互相关分析方法,并定义了经验模态互相关系数,用于描述两信号在时频域上的互相关关系。利用该方法对高速列车转向架的横向减振器性能退化数据(90%~10%)进行了特征提取及分析。将退化程度分为四个退化区间进行分类,平均准确率为95.2%,在一定程度上实现了对待测样本退化程度的定量评估,验证了所提出方法的可行性和有效性。%Lateral dampers are important components in the bogies of high-speed trains. Assessment of the perfor-mance degradation of the lateral dampers is very helpful for active maintenance of equipment. In this paper, the empirical mode cross-correlation method (EMCC) was developed based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD), and the EMCC coefficient was defined to describe the cross-correlation between any two signals in the time domain. The pro-posed method was applied to extract and analyze the feature of vibration signals of the lateral damper performance degrada-tion (from 90%to 10%) of high-speed train bogies. The lateral damper performance degradation were divided into four de-generation intervals, the average precision was 95.2%. Thus, quantitative degradation assessment of sample data was real-ized. And the feasibility and validity of this method was verified.
