钢筋混凝土框架结构加层改造设计实例及应用

摘要

Take the adding layer engineering of reinforced concrete frame structure in CNMC Ningxia Orient Group Co.,Ltd.for example,based on existing theory about adding layer,using SATWE-8 software tool for calculation and analysis of mechanical properties change in construction reconstructed,retrofitting design method is brought forward to use in principles of ＂simulation adding layer,global analysis,around contrast＂,adding layer reconstruction has good effects,its science and practicability is verified,and reconstruction experience is accumulated.A ＂empirical coefficient＂ has been gotten from analysis of calculated result,and it can be reused in similar structure reconstruction with the effect of reducing the computation workload and shorting design period.%以中色（宁夏）东方集团有限公司的钢筋混凝土框架结构加层改造工程为例,以现行加层理论为基础,利用SATWE-8软件工具对结构因改造引起的力学性能改变进行了大量的计算和分析,最终提出运用＂模拟加层、整体分析、前后对比＂的改造设计方法,对该建筑进行了加层改造,并取得了良好效果,不仅验证了上述方法的科学性和实用性,而且积累了大量的改造经验.通过对改造计算结果的分析,得出了一个＂经验系数＂,在今后类似结构加层改造工程中,利用这个＂经验系数＂可以简化计算工作量,缩短设计周期.
