直接苷化法合成烷基糖苷

摘要

以月桂醇、葡萄糖为原料，采用复合催化剂利用直接苷化法合成了十二烷基葡萄糖苷，探讨了其主要影响因素，得出适宜的反应条件为：反应压力4.05kPa，反应温度120℃，醇糖比为5∶1，剂糖比为0.008∶1。%The alkyl-polyglucoside was synthesized by the direct reaction of glucose and laurel alcohol using a complex catalyst.The optimum technological condition was obtained:reaction pressure 4.05kPa,reaction temperature 120℃,mole ratio of laurel alcohol and glucose 5:1,mass ratio of complex catalyst and glueos 0.008:1.
