超磁致伸缩驱动器的输出特性研究

摘要

介绍了超磁致伸缩驱动器结构及其内部磁路的设计方法,对采用国产材料研制的驱动器位移及力的输出特性进行了测试.试验结果表明,该驱动器具有理想的动态和静态输出精度和输出范围,可以用于精密设备的低频主动隔振平台中.%The structure of giant magnetostrictive actuator and the design of inner magnetic circle were introduced, and tests of the displacements and output characteristics of actuator with domestic materials were finished. The results show that the actuator has ideal dynamic and statistic output precision and output range, which can be used in low frequency vibration control system of precise equipment.
