汽车拉索钢丝绳切断刀片设计

摘要

在汽车拉索生产线上需要将露出接头的多余钢丝绳切断,要求切口平整,无拉毛、变形、散丝等缺陷,并要求刀片具有较长的使用寿命.本文从产品的要求、切断的方式、刀片的形状和材质、上下刀片的结构布置以及刀片的三维模型5个方面分析,介绍了该类刀片的设计过程.%The spare wire ropes which reveal its nipple should be cut off on the production line of car cable, the cut should be smooth and does not have any defects like sgraffito, transfiguration and filosellei and the blade need to have a long useful life. This text has introduced the designing process of this kind of blade in five facets including the demand of the products, the way of the cutting, the form and material of the blade, the array of structure of the upper and under blade and the analysis of 3D modeling of the blade.
