修光刃技术的应用技巧

摘要

This study briefly introduced the basic concept of wiper, and put forward that its function will be applied to metal cutting tool to improve the cutting performance and improve production efficiency. Through fix wiper shape structure analysis and practice with the standard wiper cutting in surface processing quality, cutting stress, chip processing and application analysis by comparison, summarized some correctly usage repairing techniques and the correct choice of wiper of repair wiper blade ideas and methods. In order to improve the product's surface processing quality and improve cutting mechanism, provides some feasibility implementing measures, which meet the product processing demand.
