刀具修磨教学实验台及麻花钻顶角修磨试验

         

摘要

The teaching-experimental platform of trimming & grinding for cutting tools was made up of a fixing table, a measuring table and a grinding wheel, and the numerical control system was constructed by a motion cantroller based on DSP. The measuring experiments and trimming & grinding experiments of lathe tools and drills can be completed in the platform. The paper introduced the mechanical configuration and the numerical control system in details, and the measuring experiments and trimming & grinding experiments on vertex-angle of a twist drill were carried out respectively.%刀具修磨教学实验台由刀具装夹平台、测量台和磨头部件组成,数控系统核心为基于DSP的运动控制卡,可完成车刀和钻头的测量及修磨功能.本文对教学实验台的机械总体结构和数控系统作了较详细的介绍,并分别进行了麻花钻顶角的测量和修磨试验.
