数控车床应用子程序调用G32加工端面螺纹

     

摘要

When the "Single Stroke Instruction G32" was used in end thread cutting. the machining, calculation programs for it are too perplexing, and the procedures are too long. Effectively solving this problem needs studying the processing methods on end thread and analyzing the pros and cons of traditional processing methods, it has developed a new method called CNC Lathe Application Subprogram Transfer G32 to simplify those methods. Thus, the application of the program has greatly reduced the programmer and the operator's labor intensity, improved working efficiency, and saved the operating costs for enterprises.%为有效解决数控车床利用单行程螺纹切削指令G32加工端面螺纹时编程计算繁琐及程序过长的问题,通过对端面螺纹的加工方法进行研究,在分析了传统加工方法利弊的基础上,提出应用子程序调用G32简化加工程序的方法,大大降低了编程人员及操作者的劳动强度,提高了加工效率,为企业节约了生产成本.
