为研究铜包装线液压升降平台受栽后的变形情况,运用ANSYS仿真的方法,建立升降平台机-液综合系统的有限元模型,研究了阴极铜自动包装生产线上料工位工作时,液压升降平台的变形情况.为实现精确控制和确定升降平台最大负载提供了依据.%For the research of copper packing line hydraulic lifting platform under load conditions. the deformation after using ANSYS simulation method and establish lifting platform-liquid integrated system are studied, and the finite element model of automatic packaging line cathode copper feeding stations , hydraulic lifting platform of deformation are also studied ,which realized precise control and provided basis for determining the maximum load lifting platform.
