大型半圆环盒形结构加工方法研究

             

摘要

对于大型复杂半圆环盒形结构件的加工,因其涉及的焊缝数量多、焊接变形量大、焊接变形趋势复杂,所以加工问题一直没得到很好的解决.本文以某产品大型半圆环盒形结构件前端梁为例,通过试验,采取合理的工艺方法、合适的工艺参数以及控制变形的工艺措施,使焊接变形得到了有效控制.为保证壁厚要求,逐步改进工艺方法,并通过试验进行验证,最终确定了合理的工艺方案,圆满解决了大型半圆环盒型结构加工的难题.%The large scale semi-circle complicated box-shaped structure, because of more quantity of welding seams, big deformation and complexity of the welding deformation trend, has not been satisfactorily resolved. In this paper, taking a large scale semi-circle box-shaped structure front-end beam for example, and through the test, the appropriate process parameters as well as control of deformation process measures, welding deformation have been effectively controlled. In order to ensure the wall thickness requirements, the gradual improvement of techniques and methods, and validation through the test were did, finally reasonable process techniques were comfirmed, which meet the processing of large box-shaped structure of the semi-circle box.
