电动机转子轴激光修复试验研究

         

摘要

Abrasion of shafts wildly exists in the production of industry and agriculture. With high value of repairing the shafts and various kinds of defects of the traditional repairing techniques, new suitable repairing techniques all along have been reached. The author put the laser cladding technique into practice, repaired a motor rotor axle with laser cladding and analyzed the repair quality and the mechanical properties of cladding-layer and transition zone by visual inspection, metallurgical microscope, EMS, Vickers hardness test and Charpy impact test. The test results showed that the quality of cladding layer and heat-affected zone can meet technical requirements.%在工农业生产中,经常会遇到轴类零部件的损伤问题.由于修复价值高,且传统修复工艺又存在各种缺陷,因此,选择更加适用的修复方法成为人们探索的新方向.本文将激光熔覆技术引入到实际生产中,对某型号电动机转子轴的磨损面进行了修复试验.获得熔覆件后,切取试样,通过外观检查、金相显微镜和电子显微镜观察、维氏硬度测试等方法对修复质量和熔覆层及过渡区的力学性能进行了检测和分析.检测结果显示,其修复质量较高,能够满足使用要求.
