It was set up that the optimal mathematical mode] to propeller strut institution quality minimum as objective function based on optimal design theory,and it was solved that propeller strut institution optimal example using MATLAB optimal toolbox, and then the results showed that the optimal programming is simple and design is high efficient through researching and analyzing the optimization results. At the same time,it shows that the thought and method solving constraint non-linear optimization problems using the fmincon function in MATLAB optimal toolbox, and gives the objective function figure and constraint function figure of propeller strut institution, and specific steps by using MATLAB to solve optimization problems.%基于优化设计理论,建立了以人字架机构的质量最小为目标函数的优化数学模型.应用MATLAB优化工具箱,对人字架机构优化实例进行求解.通过对优化结果的研究和分析,表明优化编程简单,设计效率高.说明了应用MATLAB优化工具箱中的fmincon函数求解约束非线性优化问题的思路和方法,并给出了人字架机构的目标函数图形、约束函数图形以及MATLAB求优的具体步骤.
