一种海水置换添加剂的合成与缓蚀性能评价

摘要

The equipments in the coast area have suffering serious corrosion because of long time parking or working in the environment of high temperature,high humility,and high saltine frog.The corrosion makes the life span shorted obvi-ously.For resolving the equipments corrosion which always occurred in wet and saline seaside,a new corrosion inhibitior was synthesized.Tested corrosion Inhibition of the additive of seawater displacing,and discussed the preliminary mechanism.%由于将沿海地区服役的装备长期在复杂多变的高温、高湿和高盐雾的大气环境中停放或运行，使得装备尤其是飞机腐蚀非常严重，腐蚀使飞机的使用寿命显著降低。针对装备的腐蚀问题，合成了一种新型海水缓蚀剂---合成海水置换添加剂，并对其缓蚀性能进行了试验，初步探讨了其作用机理。
