浅谈汽车传动系齿轮噪声来源及控制

摘要

汽车噪声是一种常见的污染源,降噪程度已经成为评价汽车质量的重要标准之一.齿轮传动在汽车传动中的应用非常广泛.齿轮在机械传动中会产生振动和噪声,从而影响驾乘人员的安全性和舒适性.在汽车传动系中,可能成为噪声源的机构总成包括变速器、分动器、传动轴、主减速器和轮边减速器等.它们所产生的噪声既有内部齿轮、轴承以及箱体振动引起的,也有其他机构传递而来的.本文只对这些机构可能产生的噪声及降噪方法加以分析.%Automobile noise is a common cause of pollution and the degree of noise reduction has become one of the important standards to evaluate quality of automobile.Gear transmission is widely used in automobile driveline.Gear can cause vibration and noise in mechanical transmission,but the noise will affect drivers' safety and comfort.In automobile driveline system,the mechanism that might be the noise sources include transmission,transfer case,transmission shaft,the main reduction gear,wheel side speed reducer and so on.Noises can be caused by these mechanisms internal gears and bearings and body vibration,and also can be transferred from other mechanisms as well.This paper described how these mechanisms may produce noise and how to solve the problems.
