关于炸药破碎工艺及其安全性和可靠性研究

According to the riser drug recycling process encountered broken problem in the research,three differential roller crusher technology to realize the riser drug safety automation broken was used.The broken technology has very high security and reliability,which can reduce the labor intensity of workers,and improve the working environment of workers,the explosive development of crushing equipment improves production safety,ensures the size and efficiency,realizes the security of explosives recycle,reduces the cost of production.It has a certain promotion value in the military and civil explosive industry.%针对冒口药回收再利用过程中遇到的破碎问题开展技术研究,采用三级差动轧辊式破碎技术,实现冒口药的安全自动化破碎.该破碎技术具有很高的安全性及可靠性,降低了工人的劳动强度,改善了工人的工作环境.研制的炸药破碎设备提高了生产的本质安全度,保证了破碎粒度及效率,实现了炸药的安全回收利用,降低了生产成本,在军品及民爆行业具有一定的推广价值.
