某型火炮电解液沉淀池容积较大,温变过程中依靠热量自然传导平衡,不允许直接使用加热或冷却装置,不允许对电解液进行搅拌;因此,其温度控制具有非线性、大惯性和大滞后等问题.本文针对此问题设计了一种PID温度控制方法,即利用经典的PID控制算法,通过不同的结构设计,达到稳定控制温度的目的.%A certain artillery electrolyte precipitates pond has bigger capacity, depends on calories to conduct balance naturally in temperature variation process and does not allow direct usage of heat or cool off equip and carry on mix blend to act to the electrolyte, therefore, the temperature control has the problems like none-line, big inertial and big lag etc. This paper designed a kind of PID temperature control method focused on this problem and made use of classic PID to control calculating way, and attained the purpose of temperature control stability through a different structure design.
