安全自动化拆卸弹体的冒口漏斗和成型冲技术

摘要

During the artificial remove projectile of riser funnel and forming impact producing process, it is easy to cause accidents, the intensity of labor is big and productivity is low, the automatic disassembly riser funnel and forming impact special plane were designed. This equipment adopts automated production process and intrinsic safety control technology, in the dangerous situation, it can realize man-machine isolation operation, eliminate the unsafe factors in production, and realize the continuous automatic production. The output was raised. The results showed that the equipment structure is reasonable, can reduce operating personnel quantity, increase production, eliminate the safely hidden trouble and meet the requirements of automatic production.%针对在人工拆卸弹体的冒口漏斗和成型冲的生产过程中存在安全事故易发、劳动强度大、产能低等问题,设计了自动拆卸冒口漏斗和成型冲专机.该设备采用自动化的生产工艺和本质安全控制技术,在危险场合中可实现人机隔离操作,消除了生产时的不安全因素,实现了连续自动化生产,提高了产量.研究结果表明,该设备结构合理,减少了操作人员数量,提高了产量,消除了安全隐患,可满足自动化生产的要求.
