大型超声速风洞金属烧结丝网清洗技术应用研究

         

摘要

The application of the sinter-wire mesh in a large domestic supersonic wind tunnel has achieved good results. But in the wind tunnel,it’s very easy to cause the blockage of the sinter-wire mesh.The blockage greatly decreases its per-meability,and it has affected the normal working capacity of the wind tunnel.For the problem that all the conventional cleaning methods can not clean the sinter-wire mesh effectively,the related technical personnel conducted sample tests after their deep analyzing and far-ranging technical research.The result of sample tests proved that the ultrasonic cleaning tech-nology has greater advantages for cleaning the sinter-wire mesh.At last,the paper gave the details of the specific application of the ultrasonic cleaning technology,and this illustrated the engineering application value of the ultrasonic cleaning technol-ogy in terms of sintered metal mesh cleaning.%金属烧结丝网在国内某大型超声速风洞内的应用取得了良好的效果,但是其在风洞运行环境下极易造成堵塞,导致渗透率大大降低,影响了风洞的正常运行能力。针对常规方式无法有效清洗金属烧结丝网的问题进行了深入的分析和广泛的技术调研,并对相关清洗技术进行了样品试验。通过试验结果比对,证明了超声波清洗技术在金属烧结丝网的清洗方面具有较大优势。本文还详细介绍了超声波清洗技术的具体应用实施情况,进一步说明了超声波清洗技术在金属烧结丝网清洗方面的工程应用价值。
