The main causes leading to mechanic parts failure of photoelectric products include design,materials,process and assembly etc.Two typical cases were chosen for complete analysis including the failure types,causes,and taken meas-ures of failure,so the aim to prevent the same failures in similar cases was achieved.%光电产品机械零件失效的主要原因包括设计、材料、工艺及装配等几个方面。本文选取光电产品机械零件失效的2个典型案例，从失效的形式、原因及纠正措施等方面进行分析，从而达到了预防同类零件在使用过程中失效的目的。
