大管径X70海底管线用感应加热弯管开裂分析

         

摘要

通过对弯管力学性能和钢组织的检验,采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪对海底管线用弯管外弧侧出现的裂纹进行研究,指出开裂原因是由于弯管母管接触铜污染,弯管弯制时感应加热温度偏高,在拉应力的作用下导致裂纹产生。%The crack analysis of the external arc of the induction heat bend for seabed pipeline was instituted though ex-perimental methods,such as mechanical property and organization test,microscopic analysis,scanning electron microscope, energy spectrum analysis.The test results showed that crack was due to the contact pollution of copper during the manufac-turing processes,and at the condition of high temperature and tensile force in the process.
