纺织企业制造执行系统（MES）的设计与实现

摘要

近年来,我国的纺织产业迅速发展,并逐渐成为我国国民经济的重要传统支柱产业。纺织企业十分迫切地要求提高制订生产计划和实施的灵活性、准确性和及时性,以提高生产线的合理配置,提升设备的运行效率和质量；因此,开展纺织企业ME S的设计与实现研究,对于改善生产管理水平,提高质量控制能力与生产效率,以及提升企业竞争力有着重要的意义。本文主要研究了纺织企业 ME S 的设计和实现,从实际应用效果来看,ME S运行平稳,实现了预期的设计目标。%In recent years,the rapid development of China's textile industry is an important pillar of our national econo-my industries.The most urgent requirements of textile enterprises are improving the implementation of production planning flexibility,accuracy and timeliness to improve the rational allocation of production lines,equipment operating efficiency and quality.Therefore,by doing the textile enterprise manufacturing execution system design and implementation of research, improved production management level,quality control and production efficiency.This paper studied the textile enterprise manufacturing execution systems design and implementation in particular textile enterprises,from the practical application view,the system has been running smoothly,it met the desired design goals.
