采用数值模拟软件FLUENT中的动网格技术,对三叶凸轮转子泵内部的介质流动情况进行动态模拟。分析了不同时刻其内部流场的变化,以及内部压力分布和速度分布情况,得出其内介质内部流动规律和出口脉动情况,为对其进行性能预测和结构优化提供了一定的理论参考;同时,也验证了采用CFD数值模拟方法对三叶凸轮转子泵进行研究的可行性。%The flow inside the rotor pump was dynamically simulated by the technology of dynamic mesh in the numeri-cal simulation software FLUENT,the change and pressure distribution in the flow field inside the pump was analyzed at dif-ferent moments,as well as the speed distribution.As a result,how the liquid flows inside the pump and the export pulsation was found,thus providing theoretical reference for performance prediction and structure optimization of the lobe pump with trifolium rotor,meanwhile,the feasibility of CFD numerical simulation method to the study of rotor pump was proved.
