机械系统性能参数可视化分析实验台的设计

     

摘要

Mechanical system performance parameters of visualization analysis experiment platform has the characteris-tics of integration,visualization and convenience,it is designed primarily for mechanical basis laboratory mechanical experi-mental design,and the actual teaching has been widely used.The mechanical system performance parameters of visual anal-ysis test platform have been designed to introduce the working principle of the experimental units,and test-bed of the driv-ing source,the main structure,the main modules and other major components of the design are described in detail,while the experimental test control system design and functional analysis can improve the traditional mechanical design class integrated teaching experiments.Through the research design obtaining some valuable conclusions,provide important guidance for im-proving the effect of classroom teaching.%机械系统性能参数可视化分析实验台具有集成性、可视化和便捷性等特点,主要为机械基础实验室机械设计类综合实验而设计,目前在实际教学中得到了广泛应用。对机械系统性能参数可视化分析实验台进行了设计,介绍了实验台的工作原理,并对实验台的驱动源、主体结构和主要模块等主要部件的设计进行了详细说明,同时对实验台的测试控制系统进行了设计和功能分析,改善了传统机械设计类综合实验的教学模式。通过研究设计得出了有益结论,为提高课堂教学效果提供了重要指导作用。
