PDCA思想在工程造价管理中的应用实践

摘要

Major policies of the entire process construction cost management in our country have been established in 1997,and due to various reasons,it is still confined to a certain stage management,lack of systematic,especially lack of PDCA closed-loop management.According to current situation of the management,focus on 20 kV and below power engi-neering.Through some simple statistical methods,carry out the proj ect cost management analysis application practice,and the regional distribution network engineering cost database is formated.The purpose is to further enrich the whole process cost management thinking,and to supply some practical implications to grid.%我国全过程工程造价管理的大政方针自1997年确立以来，由于种种原因，仍局限于某个阶段管理，缺乏系统性，尤其缺乏PDCA闭环管理。针对该管理现状，着眼于20 kV 及以下配电网工程，旨在通过一些简易的统计方法的应用，开展工程造价管理分析应用实践，形成区域配电网工程造价数据库。目的在于进一步丰富全过程造价管理思想，给电网投资者提供实用的启示。
