新型模具材料XW-42的热处理工艺研究

摘要

对新型模具材料XW—42进行了热处理工艺研究。结果表明，对于新型模具材料 XW—42的最佳热处理工艺为1050℃×90 min淬火+485℃×3.5 h回火2次。经过半年时间的实践，热处理工件具有较高的耐磨性和抗压强度，硬度均匀，线切割质量基本稳定。%This paper studies the heat treatment process of new mould material XW—42.The results show that:the best new mould material XW—42 heat treatment process is 1 050 ℃×90 min quenching +485 ℃×3.5 h two times tempe-ring.Through the practice time of half a year,heat treatment work-piece has high wear resistance,and high compressive strength,hardness is uniform,line cutting quality is basically stable.
