基于uCSP IP4302和SOD962的重烫封机应用研究

uCSP IP4302 and SOD962 are HD new products.In the production process,there will be some quality issues needed to be addressed,such as:maintenance of volume,playing side,needing to fill the vacancy failed atomic grain,poor hot seal and immigration issues need to return by hot sealing machine.The highest amount of uCSP can reach 160 000/month.%uCSP IP4302和SOD962是 HD的新产品，在生产过程中会出现一些质量问题需要处理，如维修卷、打侧、空位不合格需补原子粒、烫封不良和移民等问题需要返烫。uCSP 的重烫封机换面带量最高可达到160000个/月。
