Design a manipulator structure,and its base structure in long-term frequent use of more serious wear and tear is improved.Through increasing the support structure,change the base and the workbench's contact way,so as to effective-ly improve the contact strength,increase the structure rigidity,reduce the friction area.Combined with ANSYS Workbench 14.0 software on the modal analysis,find out the stress and deformation of the largest position for further adjustment of the structure and the use of the foundation.%设计了一种机械手结构,并针对其底座结构在长期频繁的使用中产生的磨损比较严重的问题进行了改进.通过增加支承结构,改变了底座和工作台的接触方式,从而有效地提高了其接触强度,增加了其结构刚度,减小了摩擦面积.结合ANSYS Workbench 14.0软件对该支承结构进行模态分析得出,在固有频率为290.13 Hz条件下应力和变形最大,应尽量避免在使用过程中承载载荷频率过低.为该结构的进一步调整和使用打下了基础.
