一株耐氧耐酸碱高效异养硝化菌的筛选及其硝化特性研究

             

摘要

A heterotrophic nitrifier is isolated from the activated sludge of landfill leachate through specific select medi-um.It is identified as Bacillus sp.named as GL2.Its nitrification function is studied to show that the factors including car-bon source,C/N,pH,DO and organic nitrogen are important for nitrification of strain GL2.The optimized condition for nitrification is as follows:sodium succinate as the carbon resource,C/N of 1 5,pH of 6-10,DO of 3.8-8.5 mg/Land the in-itial ammonia nitrogen of 420 mg/L.Combining these conditions,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches 99.7%. The strain has the capability to achieve aerobic denitrification.These results show that strain GL2 with highly effective het-erotrophic nitrification could achieve simultaneous nitrification and denitrification.Hence,the strain GL2 could have high po-tential in practical wastewater treatment.%通过专一性选择培养基,从活性污泥中筛选到一株高效异养硝化菌,并对菌株进行了鉴定及硝化特性研究。结果表明,筛选到的异养硝化菌株为芽胞杆菌属(Bacillus sp.),命名为 GL2。碳源、有机氮源、C/N、溶解氧及初始 pH 值均对菌株硝化特性有较大影响,在丁二酸钠为碳源、硫酸铵为氮源、C/N15、DO 3.8~8.5 mg/L 及初始 pH 值为6~10、氨氮负荷为420 mg/L 条件下,氨氮去除率达99.7%,显示出该菌株高效硝化能力。菌株兼具好氧反硝化特性,可实现单级反应器的同步硝化反硝化,具有潜在的工程废水处理应用价值。
