Element simulation technology is introduced to the simulation research on the vertical stirring ball mill.In or-der to explore the influence of the medium-ball mix proportion to the -200 mesh ore grain production,obtain the influence of the different medium-ball mixing proportion to the effect of energy transformation ration.The medium-ball movement in the mill is simulated by the EDEM,the energy change and speed change of the medium-ball and the material in different mo-ment are obtained.The production of -200 mesh ore grain is got by the platinum-palladium ore grouping experiment.Com-pared with EDEM software simulation results,the correctness of the conclusion is validated,and the reference for the verti-cal stirring ball mill optimal parameter is provided.%引入离散元仿真技术对立式搅拌球磨机进行了仿真研究,旨在探索介质球配比对-200目矿粒产量的影响,得出介质球的不同配合比例对能量转化率的影响。应用 EDEM 软件对磨机内介质球的运动情况进行了仿真,得到了介质球和矿料在不同时刻的能量变化和速度变化情况。将铂钯矿进行了分组试验,得到了-200目矿粒的产量,与 EDEM 软件仿真的结果进行对比,验证了结论的正确性,为立式搅拌球磨机的工作参数优化提供了参考依据。
